Top Authority is a Legendary Hardcore Underground Hip Hop Group that is one of the pioneers of the Midwest Sound. Their debut album “Something to Blaze To” actually charted on Billboard and was released on the now defunct independent label, Trak Records, on June 1, 1993 and is considered a #classic by a lot of critics. The group would go on to release lesser acclaimed albums “Rated G” and “Top Authority: Uncut” in 1995 and 97 respectively.

Top Authority signed with Hindsight Media Group in 2021 and have a series of projects lined up for release in late 2021 and 2022, leading up to their 30 Year Anniversary album entitled “Somethin to Blaze II: Still Blazin”, which will be released on 4/20/2023.
